Here's our 600th brew, brewed in our facilities after just over three years in business! This New England Wheat IPA showcases New Zealand Peacharine and Motueka hops from our personal selection at Freestyle Hops, as well as the very recent Dolcita hop, formerly HBC-1018, from Yakima Chief. We also added Clayton Hops' Motueka Amplifire, an intensified liquid derivative of Motueka, cold-added to maximize essential oils and boost aromatic intensity. The result: vibrant notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and lemon zest, and a particularly silky texture thanks to a significant amount of wheat. Cheers… and see you at brew number 700.
