Double Freshly Frozen

We'd be lying if we said this beer came from the frozen lands of North Dakota when, in fact, it comes straight from our tanks in Lachute.

This beer uses a very special process from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops: Cryo Fresh, which involves cryogenically frozen fresh hop pellets (it sounds complicated, but it's really not). For this beer, we used the classic trio of freshly harvested hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, which were frozen before being pelletized. This helps preserve the delicate nuances of fresh hops, both physically and aromatically, while also retaining their lupulin content.

The result? A super dank beer with a well-balanced mouthfeel and a pronounced bitterness, supported by aromas of stone fruit, melon, and juicy citrus.
