Super DIPA #1

Super DIPA is our new series of ultra-powerful, ultra-hoppy Double New England IPAs. This first iteration is hopped with New Zealand cultivars Peacharine, Riwaka, NZ Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin in three concentrated forms (Cryo, SubZero Hop Kief, and Amplifire). NZ Cascade was also added during the mash to enhance the early release of aromatic compounds. To promote thiolysis, the chemical reaction that leads to biotransformation and creates tropical fruit aromas, we also incorporated Phantasm, a thiol-enriched Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape powder.
