The Story
 All Y'all n' Co. is a collaboration with our friends at William Chris Vineyards in Hye, Texas. We took Aglianico grapes from the Texas Hill Country and co-fermented them with young beer. We then aged then blend in oak barrels for about a year, blended, and bottle conditioned. The result is a true hybrid of beer and wine expressing the terroir of the Texas Hill Country.Â
